I use PayPal, which accepts MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, or Discover Card.
I also offer lay-away payments. I can make listings for purchasing an item in several payments if you need to pay for an item over time. I am very flexible with this, just let me know what you would like. However, it is important to note that I do not offer returns on lay-away items.
Shipping & Processing:
The time I need to prepare and process an order varies. Ready to ship items will ship in 1-5 days from purchase, while made to order items can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks to ship. For details, please see individual items.
In the continental US, first class mail shipping and insurance charges are free. If other shipping preferences are needed please feel free to contact me.
International shipping is not available from my website because of insurance and custom fees. You may use my Etsy store to make an international purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:
In general I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS:
Pieces that are Made to Order and/or in your specific size are not eligible for return or exchange. Once an item is sized they are considered custom. This mainly applies to rings. The size I have in stock is listed on each listing. If you receive your item and it does not fit I will gladly re-size your item with no extra charge.
You can purchase an in-stock item for review and return it for free sizing. If a stock item is returned for sizing, it will be sized and there will be refund from this time forward. Additional sizing requests are okay, I do guarantee sizing to fit.
PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST TO DETERMINE IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN!!
At this time I am not accepting returns without prior authorization before purchase. I have a chronically full waiting list on committed orders and do not have time to make items subject to return.
Again, if the item is a Sized Item, Made to order, or Lay-Away Piece it is NOT returnable or returned for exchange.
