This pendant has a beautiful 6mm garnet. The chain slides through the second row of beaded wire and is very comfortable and classic. You can order this in other gemstones. The syn means synthetic on the listing choices with the more expensive gemstones. Otherwise I use natural gemstones. The pendant comes attached to the chain so it will not slide off. The pendant comes with a 1mm snake chain and be ordered in a 16" or 18" . Please specify when checking out or I will enclose an 18" chain.
